How can I contact Nexsegon?
By using the Contact Us form. we try to reply to all messages within 24 hours.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. Once received, your order may be returned for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends, and processing times may be longer during holidays or sales.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars. You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by Nexsegon.

How do I return an item?
All sales are final once your order has been processed, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form within 12 hours of placing your order to receive a refund. Unless purchasing participating products with different return terms.

What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. (note: if you have not purchased the shipping protection for your order we can not replace your damaged product.)

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after the return is received or a cancellation is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
